Impossible List

Impossible List

A bucket list is something that many people start and probably still have tucked away in a drawer somewhere never to be seen again. Shamelessly stolen from Thomas Frank of CollegeInfoGeek, the Impossible List is instead a constantly changing and adapting list of challenges, tasks and ambitions, in effect a statement about how you want to live your life. Impossible lists (and the standard bucket lists) are personal statements, but I’m choosing to share mine here for you to see and maybe decide to take up a few of my ideas for yourself.

Fitness Goals

Personal fitness is a worthwhile goal for everyone, and no matter how fit you currently are there is always new things to try and different skills to develop. Here are┬ásome of the things I’d like to try and achieve.

Creative Goals

In your stereotypical arts/science dichotomy I’ve always represented the science side far more than the arts. I do however think that a well rounded person should be capable of both, and I strive to be a more creative person in several art forms.

  • Learn to Draw
    • By hand
    • Digitally
  • Learn how to design logos and graphics
  • Write and publish a fiction book

Skill Goals

A person can have many skills, however I’ve found that most of mine have quite a narrow focus and I’d like to broaden my skillset to become a better and more valuable person.

Continuing on the theme of experiences, the chance to immerse yourself in other cultures is something that I wish more people had access to and I’d like to experience the world first hand.
